I’ll admit that I don’t read books or any type of educational materials. With my short attention span, they don’t keep me interested. I prefer magazines with short blurbs about news, upcoming products or silly things. I often reach for something taboo. I reach for tabloid magazines to satisfy my desire to relax my mind and read but mostly look at the pictures. For this reason I was drawn to the Paparazzi slot game at Bingo Avatar.
Paparazzi is a 9 line Parlay slot game. Lights flash and the first thing I noticed was the Progressive Jackpot was up to a whole $47.16. That wasn’t too encouraging. The symbols involve starlets on the run, VIP passes, limos, cameras and some unflattering censored moments.
I started with about $25 to play with and I started betting $0.90 per spin. I couldn’t hit anything. I lowered my bet then raised it again. I wish I had some story about how close I was to hitting this or that but no tricks in the world were going to save me from this race against the Paparazzi.
The “A List Limo” bonus game came up and I had to choose the limo holding the A List star. I won a couple bucks off of that but nothing significant. I felt honored to get the bonus because I wasn’t hitting anything else. Five “Breaking News” symbols award the progressive jackpot. At this point it was looking better and better.
My bankroll was a pathetic $0.15. I just sat there and stared at the screen for what felt like an eternity. I couldn’t believe how bad that was. The slot games at Bingo Avatar are all my Parlay favorites but I chose to give this one a shot. It was new to me and I wish I had run the other way.
I better off spending a couple of dollars on a trashy tabloid magazine than $25 on this slot game. If this is a day in the life of a photog, I think I’ll pass.

Patience is a virtue that I was born without. I am impatient when it comes many things especially my bingo. I like the bingo sites that have fast calls. In search of a new site with speedy games, I rode the Bingo Waves all the way.
I signed up to Bingo Waves very quickly. It was your standard process except to get the no deposit bonus of £10, you must register a payment card. Once I completed that process, the bonus was instant. I went straight for the Nifty Ninety room. The calls are super fast. I was waiting for number 59 for the line prize. I enjoy games that are nail biters from the beginning. I usually start waiting for numbers on the full house but this was exciting from the word go.
The double line had me waiting for 22 and 73. They never came out and they carried with me into the full house. Finally 22 was called and I was waiting for two numbers to grab the house prize of £19.17, number 16 and that pain in my side, number 73.
I broke my stare for half a second and there were two winners. I was neither one of them. Since I didn’t have time to really check out the room I took a minute to see what was going on. Slots games are available which is a plus. You can also play Scratch Cards. I do enjoy a good Scratch Card on occasion and they have some good ones like Hollywood Stars, Wonder Wings and Happy Harvest. The music in accompanying the Happy Harvest card is so funny. I just picture myself in a pair of overalls chewing on a piece of straw…well you get the idea.
I had a good experience at Bingo Waves. The prizes are good and the bingo is just how I like it, fast.

Show me da red……
I decided to drop in on Canadian Dollar Bingo and thought at first I was at the wrong site. They have been busy redecorating since my last visit. They got a major face lift and it was about darn tooting time they did!
The last time I played there I left some bingo bucks in my account and it was a sweet surprise. Looking over the bingo rooms I found one that had the biggest cash prize and jumped right in.
I love the BOGOF cards so I purchased the max of 48 and got 48 free at .10 each. The spider pattern was one I had never seen before and it is amazing how many clever bingo patterns are out there.
With only one card for 1tg I didn’t think I had a chance of winning and my confidence was low. It is the strangest thing but whenever I need just one number more often than not it is under the O. This time I need O63 for a cool prize of $85.94.
If I could only bingo then my bingo bucks will convert into cash and I can play some slots too. I always feel the excitement build and a bit of a twinge when the number is called and it’s not mine. Sometimes I am so certain someone is going to bingo and when they don’t I am grinning from ear to ear!
That lovely voice was like music to my ears when she said “O63” and my card turned a glorious red. I felt pretty lucky to beat out 35 other players and won myself a nice piece of change.
Maybe this will conquer my fear of spiders…….on second thought I doubt it!

When life hands you lemons, break out the tequila…….
A couple weeks ago I played at Amigo bingo and said I would be back. Well back I went because there is nothing worth fighting more for than a round of tequila shots for everyone at holiday time.
What I like about Amigo Bingo is the 75 ball games have specials with two patterns per game. It is like having the best of both bingo worlds like 90 ball with 3 prizes per game. The first pattern was a 4 Pack and the second was a 6 pack with $50 cash for each one.
I was down to just a few bingo bucks and purchased 48 bingo cards at .10 each. Have you ever had one of those games where almost every bingo card is yellow and you are just one teeny tiny bingo ball away from winning? I tried not to get too excited because this has happened to me before (not often) and I end up losing.
I blended a bit of 90 ball bingo lingo and started talking to my screen with “Two Doors/All the Fours”! The ninth ball was called and here is this beautiful grey shiny ball with a stamp on it that reads N 44. My card turns red and is marked WINNER!
I was very excited and almost forgot that it was a two part game. Could I win the 6 Pack too for a cool one hundred bucks? No I didn’t and was happy to win the 4 Pack bingo pattern.
Now I have enough for one, two, three....... uh oh one more tequila shot may be the floor!

One of my favorite things in life is a good fairy tale. I can get lost in the dreams, romanticism, kindness, hope and fun of it all. It seems that there is always a lesson to be learned. I went to Heart Games to live the fairy tale.
I have played the Wonderland slot game before but I have not seen all the bonus rounds. Depending on the door Alice goes through, your bonus game will be different. The only thing about this slot game is the expense per spin. £2 is steep to start off with. The minimum coin size is 2p with 100 lines. I have found that I can play fewer lines and still manage to have good line pays.
I didn’t want to miss a thing so I played all 100 lines. I hit 3 of the white rabbit symbols with two wilds for around £12.50. Not long after I triggered the bonus round I was presented with three doors to choose from. Alice will enter the door and I will play the bonus game beyond it. I chose blue and she shrunk down and went through the door. The reels fold up like a children’s pop-up book and reveal a wondrous scene. It was Alice against the Queen of Hearts in a game of croquet. I had the option of which character to play and I chose the queen.
I should’ve went for the good girl because she kicked the queen’s butt. Maybe that was my lesson to be learned. I still cleared that bonus round with a win of £26 and closed that chapter.

Bingo can be therapeutic. In fact it’s my chicken soup for the soul. I had a rough start to my week so I was glad to play bingo and get my mind off of it.
I joined a 90 ball room at Bingo Flash. The card special was buy 5, get 2 free. I really got lucky with 48 cards and 18 free. I had almost 3 minutes until the game began. I twiddled my thumbs until the game began. Even though I was in the 90 ball room the calls were very slow. We went straight for the Full House and this type of game came with a big prize. It was different than most 90 ball rooms I am used to but I went with it because the prize was $1,000.
Unfortunately, we missed that mark and the full house was reduced to $200. I would be very happy with that too.
We were 35 calls in and I had a card with 5 to go. Just when I was thinking about how great that was I started seeing people in chat rattling off the numbers they needed and there was a bunch of 2’s and 3’s to go. I got down to a card with 1 to go. Number 69 was all I needed to become $200 richer.
I waited for what felt like forever. Call after call came and went but 69 was nowhere to be seen. As the beads of sweat started to form someone claimed the $200 prize. I was slightly annoyed to say the least but that’s the nature of the game and one of the reasons why I love it.
I decided to make an evening of it and relax with a few more good games of bingo.

I am calling on Angels……….
I need a change and when I need it most I turn to the Angels. I have many Angels that look after me including my good luck Angel. And right now I need her to break the bad luck cycle I have been in. Give me a sign you are here with me now………
I couldn’t help but think about that celestial being when entering Bingo Angels. My spiritual side was in harmony with this higher power and hopefully she will be proud of me for choosing this site in honor of her.
The Chocolate Room was a sweet choice with tickets that cost .25 each. I went for the gusto and bet the max cards allowable. I was hoping that it would be a buy one get one free card game to increase my odds but unfortunately it was not.
The pattern was a 9 Pack and I knew if I had any chance of winning I needed to do it quick because this pattern goes fast. A block of nine anywhere on the card is allowable for a win.
My cards were turning yellow pretty fast with 5 in all for one to go. I couldn’t help but call on my Angel of luck as each number was called. I whispered softly G 58 please let the next numbered called be G58.
The Angel heard my plea as the next number called was G58! I was up against 17 bingo players and was in awe that it was really me who won $20.12 prize!
Believing is all it takes sometimes with a little help from a heavenly assistant. If you are down on your luck call on your Angel of luck and you too may be blessed with some magical moments.

Sometimes ya just don’t know what to play. You know you want to play but you must find the perfect thing. I was eyeing the slot games at Jackpotjoy. There’s got to be something I haven’t tried. I noticed a game called Winning Lot. There’s a big diamond in place of the letter “o” in “Lot”. I thought okay I’ll give it a whirl. I was sold.
AS usual when I play a new slot game I avoided looking at the pay table. I wanted to be surprised but the bonus feature. Winning Lot is a 25 line slot game. I set the coin size at 5p per line. The symbols look like items from a senior citizens home along with numbers and letters. I wasn’t sure what to make of it. My balance was remaining pretty even. I was getting more and more anxious to see the bonus.
Suddenly I see three symbols bearing a man wearing a top hat with a gavel in his hand and a sales tag that says BONUS. I discovered that he was an auctioneer and I was being prompted to select an item to go up for auction in the Antique Auction Feature. There’s a sea of people ready to bid on the right item. Players are paid for the items sold and prizes are multiplied by the coin bet. I sold 6 items for a whopping bonus win of £53.75!
As soon as I saw the auction feature I realized that this was the same concept as a land based slot game that I am in love with. It’s called Winning Bid. It’s the same idea with people bidding against each other for items. I think I’ve found the online version that suits me perfectly.
Play the Winning Lot and once you get that bonus feature, you’ll be sold!

Guilty Pleasures are things that make us feel fabulous but may be a little naughty. For me a guilty pleasure is a good cake. If the worst I can do in life is eat cake, then I’m doing pretty well. I sat down with my cake and logged into Fabulous Bingo.
I had registered on a previous day but it can take up to three days to receive the No Deposit Bonus. I had been waiting and the time had finally come to dive right in.
Guilty Pleasures in an exclusive slot game available at Fabulous Bingo. It’s the same concept as Double Bubble if you’ve ever played it. I started out at £1 per spin. The “Bubble Line” wins are awarded from the base pay table and multiplied by the “Bubble Line” multiplier.
The symbols are various images that I love including cats, nail polish, red high heels, lipstick, cupcakes and more. The symbols hit the reels with a backdrop of beautiful city nightlife.
I started at £1 per spin. It seemed that I was spinning forever with no wins. I took a gamble and increased my bet to £2. Things instantly improved and it began to pay left and right. My plan was to play through 50 credits to test out this slot. Even though I had a slow start, it lasted a while.
Even with my wins I had 25 credits left. I had a few decent line pays that bumped up my bankroll. I finally hit the Bubble Pop Bonus. A bottle of champagne, my favorite, pops and reveals three bubbles. I chose the middle and was rewarded with 300 coins which was £30.
This slot is definitely a guilty pleasure but I had indulged long enough. I decided to play it safe and quit while I was ahead.

Jose Cuervo you are a friend of mine….
Tequila has to be one of my favorite shots because it is good for what ales you. If your down on your luck and need a picker upper it never lets you down. At least not til the nest morning when you wake up with a headache!
My other dear friends is Amigo Bingo and haven’t played there in quite some time. I had some bingo bucks in my account and headed to the bingo room.
I got a bright idea for a strategy to win slowly but surely! I chose the smallest room with the least amount of Bingo players with only two others besides me. Granted the prizes are very tiny but I figured if I bought max cards I might be able to win gradually and build my bankroll. Plus if I one the Progressive Jackpot at $576.65 I would be more happy.
I bought bingo 24 cards and got a bargain with 24 more free. The bingo pattern was a burger. I wonder if there was any cheese on that! Anyhow what is fun about a tiny room is I ended up with lots of 1 to go cards and that’s always a pretty sight to see.
I played three games and won two of them. All in all I came out ahead with $5.82 profit that converted into my cash account. So what is the first thing I do…….straight to the slot machines since I can’t use my bingo bucks to play.
Playing on a shoe string did give me some profit and it’s a strategy that worked for me. I am building up a cash bankroll and I am not limited to bingo only.
I’ll play there again soon and let you know how my progress is going. I just might be able to win enough to by a bottle of the good stuff Patron Anejo Tequila!

Zoom Bingo credits players with free bonus bucks frequently. I used to wonder why sites did this because you can’t withdraw a penny of it. The answer is simple. We go back and play that free money, get really involved in a game and hopefully give in to playing with our own money.
I had some bonus money in my account. Why not play it? I went for a slot game called Jolly Roger. It has a pirate theme with the sounds of the ocean and seagulls in the background. 3, 4 or 5 treasure chest symbols trigger the Chest Bonus. 3 map pieces will trigger the Map Bonus. These must land on active pay lines. I haven’t had the chance to see any of them. I’m laughing now….. Anyway, Jolly Roger is the wild symbol and a parrot serves as the Scatter symbol. I only had a few bucks so I bet pretty low at 45p.
Needless to say it wasn’t my lucky day. My bonus money got down really low and I had to reduce the pay lines. I won £3 immediately on a single spin. I played that down within 30 seconds and had to reduce the pay lines once again. Wouldn’t you know there were combinations all over the place but they weren’t on an “active pay line”. Pfff!
If it wasn’t for those bingo bucks I wouldn’t be so tempted to deposit some of my own cash.

I’ve been trying really hard to fight giving into the Christmas season too early. There were offers even in October and I can’t help but feel that it’s just too early. I registered at Scratch Games and found a slot game called I Love Christmas and I just gave in.
Registration was the typical experience. There was no need to register a card in order to receive the £7 No Deposit Bonus and it was credited immediately. I was perusing the site before I signed up and I spotted I Love Christmas so I knew exactly where I was going.
I must admit that I was a little disappointed. The minimum bet is £2 per spin if you play all 20 lines. I couldn’t believe how steep it was. I really wanted to try it out so I played only 5 lines at first at 50p per spin. The bonus is triggered when 3 or more presents appear on thee reels. It happens quite often and doesn’t pay much. I was better off with my wins on the reels. There’s nothing worse than a slot game with a bonus round that becomes a nuisance. I wanted to turn it off.
The Scatter symbols paid £5. That was a nice little boost. A Santa sleigh and reindeer fly across the screen when you get three symbols. I got a feel for the slot game and decided to play out the rest of my credits with all 20 pay lines. I took my last spin and that silly bonus came up. I chose presents that reveal multipliers and won myself a big old pound.
I was up, I was down but most importantly I was in the holiday mood.

I have a very competitive side to me especially when it comes to gambling. There is a Parlay slot that I am at war with. It’s a little sucker called Double Scoop Delight. OnlineBingo.com has a brand new look so I thought maybe it was a good time to take on the tiny devil.
The fact that I can never, and I mean never, win on it makes me so angry. I am on a mission to top this little you know what. Okay, so I decided to spin at $1. My eyes glowed red, well maybe that was just the glare from the background but either way I was fired up. First spin...nothing. Second spin…nothing. On the 5th spin I won $5. Yes, I was counting. This was serious business here. He just stood there with that smirk on his face and that pitch fork in his hand. I wasn’t intimidated.
Shortly after I had a $10 win. At this point I had made a decision. I was only going to wager $20 more to see if I could win this battle. Three Double symbols would give me $800. That would be the ultimate defeat but I would settle for three sundaes for $80.
Double Scoop Delight is a one line slot so it can be pretty difficult. I ended up spending $30 and refused to continue on and waved my white flag. Maybe this was not the day for me but soon my day will come.

Alone time is taken for granted sometimes. I must have my time when the house is quiet except for the sounds of 90 ball bingo. Today it was just me and quality time with Landmark Bingo.
I hit the Big Ben room. The prize was the highest but it also had the highest number of players. I took a chance anyway. There was a card special so I bought 31 cards and got 12 free. I had about two minutes or so before the game began so I just finished up watching my cooking show on TV. Salad dressing finished just in time and the game began.
I generally like Landmark Bingo but I do find the pop up chat messages very annoying. If anyone knows if it’s possible to turn that off please let me know. I was miles away from the line prize which was okay because I was interested in the big one. The Full House was worth £29.76. After the double line prize winners were announced I really started paying close attention.
There were three of my cards with 2 to go. One of my numbers was 11 and a player mentioned in chat that it was the only number they were waiting for. I hoped that it didn’t come up and I had to focus my attention on my other two cards. All I was asking for was 64 and 81 or 45 and 61. We were 60 calls into the 90 ball game and I just knew someone was going to call. They did and I was still left with three cards with 2 to go. Come to think of it, 11 was called and that player hadn’t bingo’d. Not sure what was going on there.
I hung out and took full advantage of my quiet bingo time slot and made the most of the afternoon.

When I have an itch for the land casino……
One of my favorite games from Parlay is 3 Times the Riches. It is the closest thing to a land casino that I am going to get. There is one machine in particular that players actually wait in line to play. It is always hot, so when I want to play it I have to go bright and early in the morning to grab the seat!
I had that hot seat on my mind today and considered taking a drive there when I thought let me try my luck at Bingo Avatar and see what happens. I really like this bingo site and if you asked me why I am not sure I could explain it. Sometimes there is just a certain feeling you have, the same type of feeling you have over one land casino vs the other.
One thing I learned with 3 Riches slot is to play at higher wagers. I bet $1.25 a spin with my credits holding steady for the most part. Every time I see that 3 Times symbol appear and then a second one I get head rush for a blue 7 or all three symbols for a 10k jackpot!
I did have one decent spin with two blue 7’s and a triple win with the Three Time Riches for $34.25. But of course I wanted more! I decided to push my luck and keep spinning for the big one.
The big one never came as I looked at a zero bank. It sure did fill my itch to go to the land casino and besides I would of lost a lot more then the $25 I started out with!
