Safe Stolen from an Ohio Bingo Hall
Thieves got away with a safe containing nearly $20,000 and $900 from a file cabinet after the robbery of Eastown Bingo in south western Ohio.

According to a police report, the thieves apparently broke screws connecting overlapping sheets of metal that created the outer walls at the back of the building and pushed through the insulation to gain entry. Once inside, they made their way through two offices before discovering the safe. Police say the two robbers used a dolly to transport the safe weighing a maximum of 75 pounds out of the bingo hall.

Police officers are currently reviewing video surveillance footage searching for clues regarding the robbery and the two burglars. Not much is known other than the fact that one suspect was wearing a blue jacket with a hoodie, jeans and gloves while the second was wearing a brown Carhartt jacket, red and black checkered shirt and gloves.

Police say that no representative of Eastown Bingo was available to comment on Sunday.
