Top Bidders for Irish Lottery Announced
On Thursday, the Premier Lotteries Ireland announced that the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, parent of the British national lottery operator Camelot, and the Irish postal authority AnPost are the top bidders for a to operate the Irish National Lottery for the next 20 years.

The Irish government is expected to earn 405 million as a result of the deal.

The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and the group of candidates will discuss licensing requirements which will hopefully be settled in November.

Premier will put 65% of gross profits toward lottery causes in Ireland.
