Minnesota Lawmakers to Stop Online Scratchcard Offering
A bill was presented to Minnesota state lawmakers to prevent the lottery from making tickets and scratch cards available online.

Sen. Rod Skoe, sponsored the bill and hopes to stop the project believing that online scratch-off games exceeds what is appropriate.

There have been lotto-style games in Minnesota for over three years. Online scratch-off games launched in February and has since stirred up opposition.
