Made my 1st deposit at partybingo 12 hours ago.Until now my balance was still at 0.Try to talk to live help,but 30 mnts after,nobody respond.send 2 emails to customer help and info,but still waiting for an answer.I used an atm (multibanco) to make my deposit.since i´m a portuguese player,some casino and bingo sites have this deposit option.Never had any problems with this payment option,until now.my username is maloico72.can somebody help me with this problem?Many thanks.

Hi Carlos,

The first thing you need to do is contact your bank and see if the deposit was accepted. If it was, then make sure you email the correct department for deposits at  info@pay-pro.com.

Sometimes what happens is the deposit gets hung up (glitch) and it may take some time before it shows up in your players account.

I am thinking that the deposit is not showing up on their end yet and it is in limbo somewhere. If that is the case it will eventually hit your players account within 24 hours.

If it does not please let me know and i will contact them.

thank you ,lips,for your atencion.i received answer from both emails i send...they replied the same text...´´sorry for the incovinient...in 1 or 2 hours,your deposit will be available...´´....but nothing new hapenned,no money in my balance,but the deposit was succesefull....or else,they would answer me that no deposit was made...in fact,they told me that it would take 1-2 labour days to confirm the deposit (since it was made today at 00:25)...maybe monday will be available...but why dont they answer me on live chat...1 hour of waiting , and nothing...for the 3rd time...

Thanks lips for your time.Finnally my  deposit was processed (4 days).Didn´t received any bonus,don´t know why.Anyway,played for a whille and had some fun.
