Hiya Zuga, I think your a very fair man who runs our forum. Giving them the opportunity to clear their name is all we are asking for. We would love to give them a chance to do this. The ball is in their court. I think it is also only fair that since New Billy Bingo has made a statement confirming the usage of their name, they come forward to confirm that Bingo Angels are trying to rectify the problem. I think some form of any answer would at least have some nobility in this situation, to completely ignore this is forming the ideas of guilt, shady and rogue behavior towards this bingo site from us players and they will end up with a damaging reputation of ignoring people with questions, it won't be just on this forum, it will be posted everywhere on all forums.
Any kind of answer to rectify, but mainly coming correct would be at least some type of attempt, but here we are seeing nothing...

Once again the intelligence of our members and staff shines through. I am very proud to say that BA obviously didn't know who they were dealing with! As others have said so eloquently, I believe the lack of response says more than enough. Thank you New Bingo Billy Management Team for taking the time to provide clarification and feedback to our members. Please follow up as to how this is being resolved. We would love to hear that BA is doing the right thing. |

Sadly, the redirect is still happening and you would have thought that they could have stopped that by now as a first gesture to show willing.
Personally, it's going to have to be a very good explanation to sway my opinion here, should one ever be forthcoming.

Blue you are correct. The bingobilly.com is still redirecting to bingo angels site. Just coz they bought the domain doesn't give them the right to use some one else's name and brand, that happens to be fully licensed and registered trademark. Zuga |

It's the underhand tactics silverpeach - bingobilly still defaults to bingo angels and they have done nothing to change this. The rep for bingo angels has not even bothered to respond to the questions raised.  blue |
