Wow, getting Bingo terms is kinda tuff.   

Still waiting to hear back thru email....

I did speak to one lady over the telephone and she explained it to me this way.

Bonus money is only for playing Bingo, and you must exhaust 95% of your balance before a cashout can take place.

I have never had terms explained to me like that, and I am more confused than I was when I started. lol

Does this sound right? Has anyone ever had terms explained to them like that?
