I have another pet peeve too - I hate being given a bonus when I don't ask for one. So annoying.

Some of them will not remove it which is even more aggravating than getting the bonus. Not sure what their thinking on this is really because all I did was just withdraw my money straight back without even playing.....and then they wanted to know why  blue

That has happened to me once or twice Bonkers. It is frustrating when its a juicy promo. I sometimes get emails for promos and it's the last day for it. That drives me crazy. Send it when the promo starts not on the last day.

My pet peeve is when i am on the down low and dumping $200 in deposits and not winning nothing. I don't always expect to win but humor me every once in awhile with a decent win. Breaking out even would work for me.

Mine would be lack of live chat on too many sites. You can only leave a message via mail and half of time i never get any response.
Another one would be the structure of their sites, there is no way you can find one info on one page only, you need to spend at least half an hour digging through pages to find even the simplest thing.
And third is when i see a no deposit bonus with 99x wager on bingo. Its not huge, its totally extreme

Finding the info you need can be a challenge for sure drtheolen. I always search for the FAQ page or sitemap but that doesn't always help for what i am looking for. For example a site boast about their loyalty program on the homepage yet i can't find a section for it on any page to get more details!
