Hiya LBB'ers,

Cassava Bingo sites have been under scrutiny as of late from players who are getting the boot from various brands within. With over 90 brands like Foxy Bingo, Moon Bingo and WInk Bingo they are long standing favorites for many players. But players are getting banned with many not understanding why.

It seems the main reason is "bonus abuse' by depositors, mainly re-load bonuses. While most of the brands are rated highly for promotions and over all performance it might be wise to stay away from the re-load bonuses all together.

The terms and conditions are unclear, particularly for bonus abuse as is for most bingo and casino sites. The rules should be clearly implemented so that players understand before being faced with their accounts locked.

that is stupid, they should state on the main front page that you can only use 1 code for the group then, and stick with that 1 specific site for the reload bonus codes then, to me it isnt the players fault it is yet again, the bingo websites and casino websites fault, they need to start making it clear so all players know this.....

but i dont think they will to be honest

Hiya LuckyRJ,

To be honest i think this is just a tactic not to pay players. Because the only time it becomes an issue is when it comes time to cashout! This is why we need regulations in our own countries to protect players.

I know the UK is working on that right now. The offshore sites have way too much free reign to do as they please because quite simply.......they can! I am surprised they have been on such a roll in banning players at a time when the UK wants to take action and regulate.

A lot of these sites are advertised in the UK as i am sure there is a high percentage of UK players as revenue. I think their timing could not of been worse.

I agree with Lips, the "unclear" rules seem to be just a method to ditch some payments.

It's outrageous that these sites use a "get out" just so they don't have to pay the player and then they ban them so there can be no repercussions.  Outrageous way to do "business".

ok i see, i understand what you are saying and yes it is a excuse not to pay players too, i also didnt know that the uk goverment was starting to try and regulate the online bingo sites and casino sites, but to be honest, how can the uk regulate them and how can any other country, most casinos and bingo sites are rogue, and those will just shut down and rename and relaunch and maybe change country of origin too, to dodge the new regulations, sooo, regulating the online casinos and bingo sites is hard to do in my opinion too...

of course we all want them to be regulated and fair, but as soon as countrys do start regulating them and giving the casinos and bingo sites rules and regulations they have too follow, most will just like i said, shut down and relaunch under a new name in a country without regulations Tongue
