And here is the cocktail to enjoy it with:



Mai Tai

1 oz light rum
1/2 oz creme de almond
1/2 oz triple sec
sweet and sour mix
pineapple juice
1/2 oz Myer's® dark rum

Pour light rum, creme de almond and triple sec, in order, into a collins glass. Almost fill with equal parts of sweet and sour mix and pineapple juice. Add dark rum, a large straw, and serve unstirred. Add a garnish of cherry/pineapple optional.

Tip: you may want to make two at a time because who wants to keep getting up to make them while you are playing bingo baby!

Ingredients

1 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce peach schnapps
3 fluid ounces orange juice
3 fluid ounces cranberry juice
Directions

Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in vodka and peach schnapps, then fill glass with half orange juice and half cranberry juice.

1800 Mint Lemonade



1.5 oz 1800® Reposado Tequila
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz club soda
6 medium-sized mint leaves
garnish with lemon wheel

In a tall mixing glass muddle mint with simple syrup. Add 1800® Reposado and lemon juice then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a wheel of lemon and a fresh mint sprig.

Purple Rain Martini Cocktail Ingredients

 1/2 shot raspberry vodka
 1/2 shot Blue Curacao
 1/2 shot chambord
 cranberry juice

Combine in shaker w/ice... Strain into chilled martini glass w/ raspberries in bottom.

Heavenly Hibiscus Champagne Cocktail

Makes: 6
You'll need
1 bottle of chilled sparkling wine, Prosecco or Champagne
6 Hibiscus Flowers in syrup

Method
1. Drop a single hibiscus flower into each champagne flute and gently pour the wine or Champagne on it, until full.
2. As bubbles stream from the flower, the Champagne should cascade from a light pink at the top to a deep purple colour at the base of the glass.

Specialty food stores and online shops sell the hibiscus in syrup.

Champagne Punch

Ingredients

3 tablespoons grenadine
3 tablespoons Cointreau
2 tablespoons brandy
1 3/4 cups champagne
Raspberries, apples, or other seasonal fruit
Directions

Fill a small ice bucket halfway with ice. Pour grenadine, Cointreau, brandy, and champagne over ice. Stir gently, and ladle punch into 2 wide-mouthed stemmed glasses. Garnish punch with raspberries, apples, or any other fruit in season.

Ingredients

2 cups ice cubes
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce gin
1 ounce white rum
1 ounce white tequila
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup cola, or to taste
2 lemon wedges

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, Triple Sec, and lemon juice into the shaker. Cover and shake vigorously to combine and chill. Pour the mixture, ice and all, into 2 glasses or beer mugs and top off with the cola. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve.

Ingredients

1 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup blue curaçao
1/4 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons vanilla-flavored syrup (such as Torani)
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients and whirl until smooth. Pour into four martini glasses (4 oz.) and garnish the rim of each glass with a slice of orange.
