I understand magicmitch69. I played lots of free bingo that one time and won up to $300 at certain places, and found out that winning from free bonus was not eligble for withdrawal. I stop playing since, but if I decide to play bingo again, I'll find a good site, deposit with big bonus and see if mrs lady luck smiles with me. gltu

Banned for playing what they offer. Hmm - why do they bother to offer the free bingo magicmitch.
I'm really surprised.

This is what they sent me Discussion Thread Response 08/09/2011 09.04 AM Dear Michelle , This is David from the Security Department at Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. Cassava Enterprises manages security services for Foxy Bingo. I am contacting you with regards to your account with the username magicmitch69 . As a responsible company we are continually monitoring our sites. During this monitoring we note that the way you have used your account with us, leads us to believe that your reason for joining our site was to take advantage of the free bingo we provide. Free bingo is a service we provide for all of our players for their own personal enjoyment. Unfortunately, the extreme levels of activity witnessed in your gaming account reflects that of professional and not personal use as laid out in our Free Bingo Rooms Terms & Conditions. To protect the integrity of Foxy Bingo and to prevent further such abuse we have decided to block your account permanently. We sincerely ask you not to open any new accounts with Foxy Bingo in the future. In addition please refrain from opening any bingo accounts with bingo sites which are licensed and regulated under the laws of Gibraltar through Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar). In the event that we locate any accounts opened by you with Foxy Bingo or with bingo sites which are operated by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) then we shall immediately shut such accounts and we will retain the right to permanently withhold all monies in such accounts. Regards, Victoria Security Department Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. bingosecurity@cassava.net

That's interesting. I checked out the section of the terms that they are referring to. 7. You are only permitted to enter Free Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other use of the Free Bingo games is strictly prohibited. 8. Constant use of the free bingo rooms (i.e. playing free bingo games more than 3 hours a day on average every week or staying in the free bingo rooms for more than 120 games per week) will be regarded as professional use. 9. The Company reserves the right to block or remove a player who violates or fails to adhere to these terms and conditions without prior warning. The max withdrawal from the free bingo rooms is £100 for non-funded players. Even if you haven't requested a withdrawal, you certainly could. This would be why they lay out clear limitations of use in their terms & conditions. I'm sure you meant well magicmitch and are just enjoying a bit of online bingo. Yet another reason why we have to read those darn t's & c's so closely. Ugh! Not to fear though, there're plenty of good site out there. Good luck

good resolution at the end.
but this rule really sucks : 7. You are only permitted to enter Free Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other use of the Free Bingo games is strictly prohibited.
So how do they determin whats a professional use? And if they fear bonus abusers then why do they offer free bingo?

Hi 2fast,
I think that this rule pretty much sums it up.........
8. Constant use of the free bingo rooms (i.e. playing free bingo games more than 3 hours a day on average every week or staying in the free bingo rooms for more than 120 games per week) will be regarded as professional use.
They allow up to 3 hours a day and 120 games a week. That is allowing a LOT of play time! Anything past that is considered abuse.

I think if you are a depositing player.. that that rule should not exist, the free rooms should be able to use whenever, whatever and how ever long, i can understand a non depositing player constantly in the free rooms, thats like loitering or panning for money without asking lol..
and yes,if they fear bonus abuse.. why offer free and the ability to cash out on a free, and also advertise it, but kick you out if you stay too long calling you a professional?
i've kicked it the bingos rooms for hours enjoying the company, but i never knew they had it in the back of their mind, timing your stay and play!
