Max Withdrawal limits are pretty tricky to track down as just about every site has a contradictory statement in a different location in their various locations of rules, faqs, and information about playing. 

Cyberbingo, Bingo Fest and  Bingo Sky, for example list under Bingo FAQ's this statement: Payouts can be requested at any time for any amount not exceeding the available account balance. 

I take this to mean you can request any amount of withdrawal.  No limit on the request.

But under their rules and regulations section, you find out this:  Note: Any Jackpots of $10,000 and over will be paid in full and equally in three (3) monthly installments. Please note, individual arrangements will be made by (the site) and the winning party.

I take this to mean you can request the $10,000 but you will probably be paid in 3 monthly installments.

So, while there is technically no limit to your withdrawal, if it is a jackpot withdrawal, you will get it in 3 installments or as arranged between you and the site.  I am not sure if the same rule applies if a $10,000 w/d request NOT derived from a jackpot would be paid in 3 installments or one.  Oh, if only I had this problem on my account!

Additionally, you may be required to submit testimonials, pictures, or videos if your win or payouts total certain amounts, so I assume if you don't want to provide testimonials, pictures, or videos, you won't get that big payout or may have to make smaller requests. 

So, even when you know the rules, you should confirm what you 'know' with support before making your request for a withdrawal.
