on saturday PPB had problems paying people out for any games,
or bingo wins. i had a full house £9.83 unpaid, a share of 2 lines
for £2.50 and a £7 slot win both unpaid! aswell as the "bet failed"
spins for 16x50p on block bashers. i was told it was the same
problem for everyone, and full refunds would be on the way. then
they said monday at 10am  Surprise  nope, it was tuesday, i was
expecting between £20-£30, i got £5.80 refund! wtf? check
below, and any expleitives are a reaction to a fair few 100 bad
luck sessions in consectutive daily visits to their bingo fix! its
awful there. this was the final straw, a partial refund, from the
tight fixing schemers! see below for funny email messages sequence

Thank you for contacting Paddy Power Bingo Customer Support.

Could you please elaborate on the games where it said bet failed? Your account transactions have been checked for Saturday and the only duplicate transactions found was for the amount of £5.80. If you had issues with any other games we would require further information.
What time the games were? Which game you were playing? Any other information you may have?

In regards to the fairness of the games, I can assure you all of our games are 100% fair and random. I am sorry if you have not had any luck on the games, hopefully in the future you may.

hmmm, my turn....this is what i said:

U describe what happened.........as, "duplicate transactions" i cant believe you think
you've repaid saturdays events with a measly £5.80 for "duplicate transactions"
what happened was, the game didnt spin, said bet failed....this would have added
to the duplicate transactions, but the sub total, that was to be added up and refunded
wasnt done. when is the "total refund"?? a nearly £10 bingo win, a £2.50 share 2 lines,
and all the wins on the plays on block bashers that didnt say "bet failed" - try (and i
couldnt believe it when i saw is, because your such tight bastards usually) 11 orange
squares, that £3.50 + £2.50 bonus round, if u add these to the £5.80, thats the minimum
im due.  a luck update for tonights proceeding, would u like? up and down £20 instead
of down and out fast, the usual "as per."  and then up to $75 on roulette on PPP following
a $23 poker win for placing in a tourney. and then obviously back down to 0 again
at someones choosing.  its like when your in the bookies, and its just u in there
when there are 3 staff working on hourly wages. their roulette is gonna be random?
to pass them a slip to pay out more....the bookies running at a negative, so blatantly?
am i the last person remaining who plays on your roulette (despite kinda knowing its
not random, but hoping that the bloke that picks the numbers has been laid off??)
all in all Paddypower, i am very disappointed. why dont u shut down for a few weeks
until u have raised enough funds not to be such tight fisted untrustworthy fixing schemers?
i will be back online at around 1pm, to see that u have kindly refunded the remaining
difference in a "sporting manner" not a meiserly "they you go, thank your lucky stars
we chose u for a small bingo win, or enjoy your £1 free games we've kindly added
to your account" - gee whizz, thanks? bye tight xx

before that, there was these:
We are contacting you to follow up on a query you raised with us about some transactions you made on the bingo site.

The technical logs have been checked and we have been able to determine that there were duplicate transactions charged to you of a total value of 5.80.

We can confirm that this amount has been re-added to your account now. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues and the delay in resolving them for you.

my turn again:

instead of copying and pasting my last email to you, i will say this instead.
its obvious that u cant recall the information u need, or u have no way
of seeing what i saw.  your measly refund that was nowhere near my
£20 minimum (tight still, £7+ slot spin missing) and £30 of an only
slightly over optimistic maybe figure, was under done by so far
(useless tight *******) its hard to completely escape that u might have
had the whole thing set up on purpose.  what i think actually happened
tho, was u went through it fast, and theres information missing. of which
u maybe cannot recall? :S  so seeing although your last email was a kop
out, u need to try harder to save a customer with your next.
u have to wait long enough for success on your s***hole of a biased
**** site, (alas, when the fat thick people became the only people with
money and was contemplating sharing, but found greed to laugh at
instead) and then when u win 4 times in 40mins at bingo (i know, your
thinking - lies, as if fat brenda would let that happen, under "her watch")
your only paid for 2 of them, so was there any point in winning the other
2? and the bonus egg picking round on block bashers, that takes
between £25 - £50 to win £4 or so.....11 oranges. saw it, spun on,
no egg picking round. how can i be so sure it was 11, and connected
successfully? im quite an experienced watcher of spins.....the number
exactly, could have been more than 11, but no less than 10.
hows paddys reputation estimated at the minute btw? over-trusted,
under done, over done? about right? penny for my guess Smiley

I've removed some of your bad language Forby.

I'm unclear why you continue to play at this site. You have posted many times about how bad this site is.   Having said that, I can understand your frustration when they neglect to pay you when their system goes wrong, I would be pretty mad too.

From what I'm reading here it looks like they are trying to figure out what's gone wrong. They've refunded you for the error that is known for sure. They've asked for a time frame in which these other problems occurred. Your language is appalling and it won't get you the help you need to get this resolved. You are welcome to share your experiences but if it contains that type of language do not post it here.
