What's Cooking at Playtime...

Thank you  boogerred1 for sending in this great recipe. You win 5 bbs!

Millie's Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken breast
Dried beef (that's in a jar) Large
12 slices of bacon
1 quart of sour cream
1 can each cream of chicken and cream of mushroom
Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can chopped green chilies   
 
Slice chicken but not fully in half. Place 3 - 4 slices dried beef inside & close it. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around it  place in dish with a cover. Repeat until all chicken is in the dish, then set aside. In another dish add the 2 cans of soup, the sour cream, mushrooms and green chilis and mix well. Pour over chicken, cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours. The last half hour take the cover off. Make chicken Rice-A-Roni in another pan and serve with chicken pouring the sauce over the rice dish. Delicious, enjoy (if you want a large amount just add more soups for the sauce)
