winner bingo notarized documents issue

Your passport is a legal ID and i am sure plenty of players use this as a source of identification. Are they denying this type of documentation? If so did they tell you in an email your withdrawal has been declined? Sounds like the biggest problem is the courier you mentioned. There has to be some type of service for them to receive documents right?

courier is not a problem if i will know that i will received my money, but im sure that later they will search 100 more problem..because i will not get anything like notarized id...i can try to get some another documents (maybe birth certificate..ohh..there is no my actual adress and photo - another problem), but everyone paper by notary costed at least 30-40 euro - so i will spend lot of money to later get answer - sorrrryy, we need this and this...
when i sent them my docs, after one day they wrotte back - that id has been received and accepted and ur withdrawal will be processed, after another day i asked how about my withdrawal - and this email was answer... so i think they just search reasont to not pay...

about playtech - just cashed out 530e from william hill bingo - without any little problem - sent passport and money was in skrill after 5 hours...
and now i wait 4 days (i sent them email every day) for answer from winners bingo, i asking about alternative - they dont give me no one answer, no one shance, they can not asking something like notarized id, if in my country we dont have something like that...i think gambling law dont allow require something that can not be obtained...if they accept players from latvia, then they must know that we dont have notarized id, and must be alternative.. better stay away from this place..
