SATURNBINGO'S RULES ARE ALIEN TO GOOD ETHICS & FAIRNESS by STEVE on Mon May 08, 2006 6:18 pm I HAVE SPENT MUCH MONEY AT SATURNBINGO PLAYING SLOTS AND FINALLY HIT A LARGE JACKPOT, BUT FOUND OUT THEY HAVE RULES THAT MAKE IT TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO EVER COLLECT. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY TO COLLECT YOUR JACKPOT IS THIS: FIRST YOU MUST SUBMIT A PAYOUT REQUEST, WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE, BUT THATS WHEN THE TROUBLE BEGINS. I FOUND OUT THAT YOU CAN ONLY WITHDRAW A MAXIMUM OF 3,000 PER MONTH AND SINCE I WON 20,000 THAT MEANT THAT IT WOULD TAKE ME 6.7 MONTHS TO COLLECT. WHEN I TRIED TO COLLECT THE 3,000 I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD ONLY WITHDRAW A MAXIMUM OF 1,000 AT ONE TIME. SO I TRIED TO WITH DRAW ONE THOUSAND OF MY WINNINGS, BUT WAS DECLINED BECAUSE OF ANOTHER RULE THAT STATES YOU CAN ONLY WITHDRAW FUNDS ON MONDAY, WEDS. AND FRIDAYS. SO FINALLY I GOT THEM TO PAYOUT 1,000 OF MY 20,000 MINUS A PROCESSING FEE ON MONDAY AND DID THE SAME ON WED AND FRIDAY. THAT PUT ME AT THE LIMIT FOR WITHDRAWLS AND i WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL NEXT MONTH BEFORE i COULD MAKE ANOTHER WITHDRAWL. IN THE MEANTIME I WANTED TO PLAY MORE SLOTS AND BINGO, BUT FOUND OUT THEY HAD A RULE THAT SAYS IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 500 IN YOUR ACCOUNT YOU CAN NOT ADD MORE FUNDS. IN ORDER FOR ME TO PLAY MEANT I WAS BEING FORCED TO USE MY JACKPOT IF I WANTED TO PLAY. THEREFORE I DECIDED I WOULD WAIT AND NOT PLAY UNTIL THEY PAID ME MY JACKPOT. WHEN NEXT MONTH CAME AROUND I SUBMITTED A PAYOUT REQUEST FOR THE CORRECT AMOUNT AND ON THE CORRECT DAY, BUT WAS DECLINED. THEY TOLD ME THAT HAD ANOTHER RULE THAT SAYS ANY PLAYER WHO IS INACTIVE CAN NOT COLLECT PAYOUTS. I WAS TOLD THAT IN ORDER FOR ME TO QUALIFY FOR COLLECTING MY JACKPOT I MUST HAVE 25,000 IN PLAY EACH MONTH OR THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ANY MONEY OUT OF MY JACKPOT. SINCE I COULD NOT FUND MY ACCOUNT THEY FOUND A WAY OF MAKING ME USE THE JACKPOT MONEY BY PLAYING WITH IT AT THE SLOTS OR BINGO. THEY HAD THIS RULE AS ANYONE CAN SEE TO PREVENT THEM FROM EVER MAKING A FULL PAYOUT. NEEDLESS TO SAY I LOST SOME OF THE JACKPOT TRYING TO QUALIFY TO COLLECT IT AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS EACH MONTH UNTIL EITHER THERE IS NO JACKPOT LEFT OR THEY PAYOUT WHAT IS LEFT.IF THIS ISN'T UNFAIR AND DISHONEST THEN NOTHING IS. A JACKPOT IS A JACKPOT AND EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT IT IS AND EXPECT TO COLLECT IT WHEN YOU WIN. INSTEAD YOU GET A BUNCH OF RULES THAT PREVENT YOU FROM COLLECTING. THEY NEVER LIMIT HOW MUCH MONEY PEOPLE CAN DEPOSIT INTO AN ACCOUNT, BUT THEY SURE DO LIMIT HOW MUCH THEY CAN GET BACK OUT OF THAT ACCOUNT MINUS THE PROCESSING FEE THEY CHARGE OF COURSE. THEY HAVE ENOUGH ADVANTAGE WHY DO THEY NEED TO TAKE SO MUCH MORE? STEVE. Unbelievable! Good thing I only played with the bonus money... while..if this happened to me... i would be psssst!!!

I am still on my first cup of coffee But I will try to get a copy of their terms and conditions to read before I really try taking a stab at this. I say try, because normally, even in a caffiene Deprived state getting T&C is as simple as going to the casino's home page... You guessed it... nothing there on Terms and Conditions. They did have a FAQ but it was worthless. My next approach was to log into my account and click the Promotion scroller. you can almost always count on finding a hyper link to the terms and conditions of a bonus on the bonus page... Right... uh uh. So now my curiosity is raised... More later.

I know I post this before but I do it again to prevent people from playing there. If you deposit without taking any bonus you still have to wager your deposit 15x before you can cash out anything. And they don't answer mails, at least not from me :-\

Wow I have never heard of such outrageous terms, especially if you deposit and still have a huge playthrough even without claiming a bonus!!!! I'm with you Jimbeaux. Definitely waiting on this one for more info or fairer terms.

They take your deposits easily without a hassle but when you win and try to cashout they will Rip you off, they dont wanna pay as their in the business of taking your hard earned money.

I see where ad's are posted.. "CONGRADULATIONS BLAH BLAH WON 25,000 JACKPOT" makes me wonder now, that they actually won and recieved 1000.00 and were forced to put back 24,000...
