Hey guys its marcus28 (dam I forgot my password and requested a new 1, only to remember after that the email linked to my account had been closed ages ago oops) So anyways onto the place I was going to ask about now..... xbingo. Its a bingo site, however I mostly played the slots and casino games there so to have it in casino section is more relevant. So I read the exact terms before signing up. Since my wages were due to be processed soon I asked a family member here if I could use their card to deposit and I will give them the cash when im paid. (Unlike the other fiasco I spoke about a while back), they said no problem and I read through the terms which had nowhere saying I couldnt do this. I also read regarding identification, it said passport or driving licence, I spoke to the support staff and explained as im in the UK and I dont drive or have a passport I could only really supply them with my birth certificate.... no problems they said. Anyways onto playing. Typically I was playing a lot of blackjack. First off thanks to some clever playing I ended up making a few £100 profit and cashed it out. Excellent stuff. Pended for 3 working days then took 2 more days til the funds actually hit my bank. Last night I had quite a large string of deposits, after more blackjack playing I ended up...............£1150 IN PROFIT (total balance of £1800) . Awesome stuff. I cashed out some of it but reached the £1000 max cashout per day limit . Anyways the amazing news is all the profit. Excellent and very happy with it, in fact now as well because of my deposit amounts I have nearly £400 bonus bucks to play with after my withdraws are processed so of course anything I win with them can also be cashed in wahoo. The problem now was when they asked for identification. Dont know if anyone else has used them before and seen their ID process? I have sent a copy of my birth certificate for them, as well as a screenshot of my ebanking window showing the previous withdraw processed to my bank (as I dont get paper statements anymore) and the front/back of my main card linked to my account. Of course they said fine to the birth certificate before I deposited but a friend who played said they wouldnt accept it when he sent it to them Thanks guys

Oops, its past the editing time but I forgot to mention.
What is strange is they are highlighted all over TV, they sponsor a lot of programs, but their policy is 3 working days the withdraw is reversible for, then they process it, then its a few more days until it hits your bank.
A similar casino/bingo place that also is all over TV is "Sun Bingo", however they process all withdraws in less than 24 hours (I had a withdraw of £800 a month ago that was processed in just 2 hours) and so the funds hit your bank in under 2 days after requesting the withdraw

Hi Marcus,
Congrats on the wins. I'm not sure on the identification process at XBingo. I don't receive statements either so I have printed them out and taken photos of them. If they said fine to the birth certificate beforehand then I hope it's no problem for you. Did you save the chat by chance?
Good luck Marcus!

Thanks froggy, I know you were amazing last time and I got my cashout in the end.
I downloaded my e-statement in the end and sent it to them, so its the same statement as the 1 I would get in the post.
Sadly I didnt save the chat (never thought really since from them saying yes I gathered it was widespread and known by all staff/management). I learnt to ask though from previous mistakes at casinos where I didnt ask beforehand and when it came to cashing out they refused it and I ended up forfeiting £100's worth of winnings.
They havent replied still, so maybe support is very very slow to reply. (Not good if im going to have to resend certain documents back and forth for quite some time until they verify all docs).
Today its still sinking in a bit, the luck of another £1000+ profit and the fact that I still have £400 bonus bucks to play bingo with and can cashout any winnings I make from any game, so maybe another £100 is mine too. Im just praying now that all is sorted and they process my withdraw by the end of the week,

thanks and thanks for moving my topic. Had no idea where to post it, but glad you put it in the right section now. Today I made a further bit of cash purely from my £400 bonus bucks . I have done a bit of research and apparantly 1 or 2 people had problems with them accepting their birth certificate . Which is a bit worrying especially since I was told it was fine. The email support are very slow to reply, nearly 2 days and not a reply at all. What strikes me as odd also is they have been going against their own terms: "Photographic ID: We require current photographic ID for your first withdrawal request. The ID can be in the form of: a copy of a passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card. Please ensure that there is a visible name and signature on the document, and that the document has not expired." Being a UK company its very strange how they use the term "national id card" when they dont exist here and also it clearly says "We require current photographic ID for your first withdrawal request". In fact though I had made and been paid 2 separate withdrawals before they decided to ask me. Since I wasnt asked before I gathered perhaps the verification was done via my debit card I used to deposit but at worst I could just send in my birth cert copy and have it all sorted

hi marcus, gratz on your wins..... i am in the same situation now with my ID, my provissional expired so all i have now is a birth certificate too, the site i played in most jackpot party said they would except that but im still cautious of course, but yet i still continue depositing there, i been there 5 months now and they still havent asked for my ID, i have withdrew 5 times from there but deposited about 100 times.... and yes, some casinos work like this they dont require ID first, and they do sometimes allow u to withdraw before u do your ID, jackpot party support tell me that they have a limit a player has to reach before they ask for it, (i dont know what this limit is).... i closed my account in that site again yesterday gonna take a break from it, and try others seeming i always lose there but gl marcus and welcome to the forum too LuckyRJ

totally agree there, its strange when places just change their rules, some say they will ask for id upon your first withdraw, but dont, i think if its fine to process your withdrawal 5 or 6 times, then they shouldnt be asking after that.
Still worrying today as iv heard nothing from support.
thanks

Well all was bad in the end guys.
Ended up reversing and losing it. Really annoyed.
Overall xbingo is probably the worst bingo site I have ever tried. Support never reply (3 days and no reply is not acceptable), 3 working days before they even look at your withdrawal isnt good,

marcus, it started of good as always, that is what usually happens, dont be upset with a site because of that, we win and lose, (me always lose) but dont say the site is bad because of that last bad experience, think positive, i do even though i always lose gl marcus LuckyRJ

I do this all the time. I am an awful gambler sometimes. Sorry this happened to you and wish you strength to stay away when there is a withdrawal pending. What if you making a small deposit somewhere else to keep yourself busy. I do this and sometimes it helps to keep my mind off it.

I agree, playing a small deposit or an ND somewhere else can help to keep your mind off of a pending withdrawal. Either way it's hard to ignore cash just sitting there pending, waiting to be spent.
