Hey 13 thanks for the info.  Even though what they told you actually contradicts their RULES -
Withdrawal Rules   
    1.  Your Deposit plus Bonus plus chat BBs  earned must be wagered three (3) times on Bingo games or twelve (12) times on Casino Games before being eligible to request a withdrawal if the wagering requirement is not specifically mentioned in the promotion.
    2.  Minimum withdrawal request is $100. ALL withdrawal requests below $100 will be rejected. Maximum withdrawal limit on bingo and casino game winnings is $1250 per week.
    3.  There must be a deposit of minimum $20 in your account
    4.  Player(s) can carry forward or withdraw winnings coming from Free Sign-up Bonus limited to a maximum of $50*.
    5.  Withdrawal requests are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Only depositing player(s) can request withdrawal.
    6.  Verification: Either you have call on phone to verify your account or you have received our verification call.
    7.  Winnings derived from any complimentary promotional Bonus Bucks (except for free sign-up bonus) received by the Player are not eligible for withdrawal.
    8.  Once a payout is requested, Player will forfeit all BB's left in their account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. In case of withdrawal not being approved the lost BB's would be returned to the bingo account. Example: A Player "x" has $370 cash in account and $250 BB's. Player withdraws $200 cash leaving $170 cash in account. Player's BB's will be reduced to 170.

We will check on this for you, also she said nothing in regards to the 500% deposit bonus and only offered you 300%.

Hey hun,

I was confused too, she first says, "No winnings can be cash out from this free sign up bonus" but she also says "yes you can carry forward $50 from winnings coming from this free money" so I contacted  Live Help myself.

I just spoke to George and there is NO wagering requirement on the free sign up bonus.  The most you can carry over (so that you can cash it out) is $50. 

The example Gale used is pretty good-
Example1: A Player "x" wins $100 from our free signup-bonus and wants to deposit to be able to withdraw his winnings. Player chooses to go for straight deposit (zero % deposit bonus and no wagering required option) of $100. Player's account will be reset and credited with $50 Cash Plus $100 Cash plus $00.00 bonus. Therefore the player's has $150 in Cash and can withdraw all $150 if he wishes or can play on to win more and withdraw.

In plain English, (if you want to cash out) As soon as your winnings reach $50, I would stop playing until I was able to deposit $50, do not take a bonus and turn around and withdraw the $100.
