    In order to participate in our 100 Free Credits promotion you must first register a new account and then choose this option to be credited
    The 100 Free Credits promotion does not require you to make a deposit and is available for ONLY 24 HOURS following registration of a new account.
    The Free Credits can be used on the selected slot and scratch card games made available in the Wintingo Lobby when playing in Free Credits mode.
    Wintingo has sole discretion to change at any time the games that are offered.

You may choose between Transfer Your Winnings OR 1st Deposit Bonus

    By transferring your winnings from the 100 Free Credits promotion, you are no longer eligible for the 1st Deposit Bonus.
    If you are not eligible to transfer any winnings from the 100 Free Credits promotion, you can still make a deposit and receive the 1st Deposit Bonus.
    You may choose to forfeit the Free Credits altogether and receive the 1st Deposit Bonus instead.
    Once you have claimed the 1st Deposit Bonus, the 100 Free Credits option is no longer available.

If you choose to transfer winnings:

    The transfer request must be made within 24 hours of the registration of a new account.
    To be eligible to transfer any winnings, you must meet the following criteria:
        Made a minimum 20 Credits Deposit
        Play Through Requirements of the 30 X the Free Credits (30 times 100 Credits = 3000 credits of wagering)
        Have winning available to transfer.  Winnings are calculated as any amount over and above the initial 100 Free Credits received.
    You may contact customer support at any time to check your eligibility before you request to transfer.
    The maximum win or amount that can be transferred is 100 Credits.
    Due to eligibility checks, it can take up to 2 hours from your request for winnings to be transferred
    Once you have requested to claim winnings the Free Credits mode is no longer available

After winnings are successfully transferred:

    The amount transferred will be placed into your bonus balance with a further play through requirement of 30X (30 times the amount transferred).
    You cannot withdraw any funds until the 30x play-through is completed.
    If you choose to withdraw your deposit, the bonus amount will be lost.
    If you still do not have your bonus in your account after this time, contact customer support
