I understand your frustration and we have all been down this road at one time or the other. But in the rules it does state:

Free Bonuses are for fun only and players cannot cashout winnings from these bonuses.

You have to read the terms and conditions or ask live chat before you take any type of bonus so you are clear on what to expect. Every site has different terms and in our review it states it is a Free Trial bonus. Anytime you see a "Free Trial" it is to merely to take a test run of the site and is basically fun money.

I know you are really upset but please avoid Free Trials in the future and when in doubt about a no deposit bonus please feel free to come to the forum and ask. We will be more than happy to help ya.
