Here are part of their "free Money" rules.

* If you have not made a deposit in the past 30 days bonus and winnings from bonus will be removed at 3:15am the following day after the bonus is credited.  Winnings are not withdrawable * 

I try to deposit $25 (the minimum) once a month to keep my account active, because it seems like I bingo almost everytime when I get "free money"
