Hi Jamkam02, I am not sure I understand the problem, but once you download the software from the listed link at the top of this thread, you need to go to the cashier page and enter bonus code LLB10. Our techs have checked and we are not experiencing any issues from our end with our software.
The only thing I can suggest is to unistall and reinstall the software. Please make sure you check Prohibited Jurisdictions in case you are based in any of those countries. In that case you will be unable to login.
