Ok..before I take either side, I will say I have been playing there since they opened last year, and let me say, its very rare that they give ANYTHING besides deposit bonuses, even to loyal players (I've deposited easily 5000+ easily since , and have won as well, but besides that),  they are in general not very friendly on the freebies, I've only gotten a handful of them, and most of them I asked for, and usually a  few deposits apart.

 I think you just need to take with a grain of salt. thats the promotion rules for their facebook app, and thats it. Hope I didnt sound to rough, but I've also learned this fact as well, also hope I stayed on topic, hehe
