Have you ever done something that you knew you shouldn’t have done before you did it? This was me when I went to Virgin Games to play Fire Opals. I’ve had bad experiences with this slot game before but something compelled me to give it another go at Virgin Bingo.
The game pays right to left and left to right with 720 ways to win but I always find these multi ways to win slots to be interesting because I can’t even win one way let alone 720! Siberian Storm is another IGT slot that’s basically identical to Fire Opals and I’ve played both in the land based casinos.
All I can do is complain about this slot so I’m still not sure why I played it. The memories came rushing back to me as soon as I realized that I needed at least one bonus symbol all 5 reels in order to trigger the bonus. That’s super hard to do.
Of course I got 4 fire opals on 4 reels which was a tease and made me crazy waiting for the 5th. It’s funny but it seems like the 5th reel took an eternity to spin.
I lost my bankroll in no time at all. I must remember to avoid this slot because it just doesn’t like me. I think I’ll leave the fire opals for my jewelry.
