Paddy Power Bingo Review

Apr 02, 2012

It’s a difficult balance between winning the higher prizes and playing in rooms with a high number of players. If you want to win bigger prizes you almost always have to take a chance in a room filled with players. There were definitely some big prizes going on at Paddy Power Bingo.

Of all the bingo games about to commence, the prize in the Gold room was £350 and the highest. There were quite a few players in there but I had to take a chance. I didn’t do horribly but I couldn’t really get close enough to a win either. After losing, the ticket price in the Gold Room went from 10p to 5p so I bought the max 72 and stayed for a second game. I was on edge throughout the entire game because the prize total prize was just as good and my cards were decent.

Even though I had 72 cards I was up against 659 other players who had probably bought the same amount. The house prize was worth£229.66. That could pay a bill or two for sure. After the line and full house went to other players I lost the wind in my sails. The best I could do was 3 cards with 3tg.

I decided that I had enough of trying to win against all these players so I looked at the all the games in the lineup once again. Bargain Basement only had 13 players so naturally I thought I would have a good chance of winning. I bought my tickets and settled in with about 1 minute to go before game time. I happened to glance at the number of players and it had climbed to 118. There was no waiting and no excitement to speak of.

I kept in mind that it was just one of those days. I got to thinking that there probably isn’t a strategy when it comes to bingo. When it’s your time to win, you will.
