Agreement with Shop Direct Group inked
In a stock market notification this week Sportech plc announced that it plans to launch an online bingo site in partnership with long time business associate Shop Direct Group. There were no details in the announcement regarding software, branding or launch date.
The announcement also revealed that Shop Direct, as the owner of the Littlewoods brand, has agreed to extend its use in online gambling by Sportech by a further five years.
