Ladbrokes has re-launched its online bingo brand with several improvements, which a spokesman says were based on customer feedback.
After research among its customers, Ladbrokes collaborated with its software provider, Playtech's Virtue Fusion, revamp its bingo offering said to be the largest regulated bingo product in the market.
There will be GBP 3 million in prizes up for grabs during November and December as part of the re-launch and one player will win a new SEAT Ibiza SE car.
Josefine Fox, head of Ladbrokes Bingo, said: 'Every element of Ladbrokes Bingo has been improved. We are now able to offer our players a state-of-the-art bingo experience that we believe will mark us out as the best in the business.
"Customers told us that navigation and ease-of-use, along with player engagement and promotions, were the biggest drivers of activity. We think we've ticked all those boxes and hope our players are as pleased with the results as we are.'
